Betpoint Group is looking for an outstanding and organized person to join us as a Junior CRM Coordinator. If you are looking for an exciting challenge in a positive environment, while excelling and developing your customer relationship management expertise, then look no further!
The right candidate will be involved in executing customer retention campaigns for new and existing Betpoint Group brands together with the CRM Managers. You will be working with exciting brands such as 21.com, JustSpin.com, NitroCasino.com, NeonVegas.com and UltraCasino.com.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up, test and schedule Email and SMS campaigns
- Create campaign offers in the Back office and follow-up after campaign execution
- Give creative and strategic input to the CRM managers
- Share ideas for upcoming campaigns
- Ensure that the Support team is always updated about upcoming campaigns and potential changes
- Assist with other tasks where needed
Qualifications
- Highly organized and being able to prioritize daily tasks
- Top level detail oriented with no need of supervising
- Good English communication skills (Finnish or Norwegian language would be considered as an asset)
- A positive trouble-solver
- Good team player
