The role

Betpoint Group is looking for a Finnish Customer Support Agent to form part of a growing team. If you are seeking an exciting challenge with the opportunity to grow, we would like to hear from you. In this role you will be responsible for first line support by assisting players with their day to day queries on brands such as and through multiple communication channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting players with any difficulties they encounter in timely and professional manner;
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings by exceeding customer expectations;
  • Contributing to the team effort by meeting agreed KPIs and SLAs;
  • Keeping up to date with new information and policies which are updated from time to time;
  • Building a trusting, mutually enjoyable relationship with our players;
  • Understanding, guiding and supporting players in Responsible Gambling;
  • Liaising with other departments (e.g. RFP) as required;
  • Understanding AML and reporting any suspicious activity;
  • Where applicable, informing customers about promotions on our sites;
  • Assisting with other needs which may arise from time to time. 


  • A native or fluent Finnish speaker with excellent English communication skills;
  • You have a positive and a can-do attitude with a flexible approach;
  • Customer centric approach driven by service excellence;
  • A team player that can work independently;
  • Willing to work shifts including weekends (rota);
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the online gaming industry;
  • Previous experience with Zendesk would be considered a plus
